Since CHAAO SEMI passed the ISO: 9001 management system certification in December 2023, the company has actively optimized management processes, strictly controlled product quality, improved customer satisfaction, and promoted continuous improvement. According to the requirements of the quality document, the company conducted a comprehensive audit of the quality management system established by the company from September 19, 2024 to September 20, 2024. The audit work is presided over by the audit team leader and carried out jointly by four internal auditors. Audited departments are: management, Product Research and development Department, Operation management Department, Quality Department, Sales and Marketing Department, Finance and Administration Department. At the first internal audit meeting, members of the audit team had a discussion with management and the department to be audited. The documents examined included quality manuals, procedure documents, and various management regulations. During the internal audit process, the internal auditor checked various records, including quality system operation records and product-related quality records, and recorded the on-site audit through interviews, access to data documents, and on-site inspection.
During the audit process, it was found that the staff of all departments of Zao have a strong sense of quality and do their best to work. Be able to understand the policies and objectives of the Organization; Appropriate identification of the processes required by the company; The main processes for management responsibilities, resource provision, product realization measurement, analysis, and improvement are defined. The audit process issued a total of 2 nonconformities, for the implementation of the general nonconformities, subject to the audit department to confirm, and a time limit to develop corrective measures.
After this internal audit, we believe that the quality management system established by the company operates normally and has been maintained, the basic requirements of GB/T19001-2016 standard, in line with the planning results, and the operation is effective. The organization has formulated and clarified the quality policy and objectives, and let the majority of employees understand them through meetings, cultural walls and other forms. According to the assessment method, the quality target is assessed, and the predetermined target can be basically achieved. The company has the ability to meet customer requirements and legal and regulatory requirements, the quality is stable, and no major user complaints have occurred. Through the system operation, the realization process of the product is controlled, the process management is more standardized, and the requirements of customers and laws and regulations are met.
